Rod Folkersen is an active, full time real estate professional in Salt Lake City, Utah. Rod started his real estate career in 1975. After graduating from Utah State University in 1984, Rod reentered the residential real estate market. Since that time Rod has achieved the Superior Achievement status annually.
He has achieved the status of Chapman-Richards & Associates "Agent of the Year" six of the last eleven years, closing 46 transactions with over $16,000,000 real estate volume in 2005. Rod is one of 150 designated New Home Sales Professionals in the state, he enjoys working with contractors and has a deep appreciation for quality.
Rod believes that being a professional in a rapidly changing industry, such as Real Estate, continued education is a must. He is committed to promoting the image of Realtors and has earned the respect of fellow members of the industry and in the community.
